Roles and Responsibilities
Program Implementation:
Supervise and monitor the daily activities efficiently and promptly.
Develop a detailed plan for program activities in collaboration with reporting officers.
Ensure program activities comply with relevant grant proposals, organizational regulations, and policies.
Coordinate and ensure timely supply of logistics for program-related activities.
Organize training sessions in the department, managing schedules, venues, and materials to ensure smooth conduction of training.
Provide regular updates on program progress, outcomes, and indicators to reporting officers.
Assist the team leader in purchasing and budget tracking for the program.
Establish and maintain cordial relationships with relevant government agencies and the community.
Data Management:
Collaborate with MMU 1, MMU 2, Community Health Workers, and Supervisors to prepare a daily dashboard and monthly MIS.
Ensure quality assurance by checking supervisors’ MIS daily.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date program-related records and databases.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations on program indicators.
Collect and analyze program data for monitoring and reporting.
Administrative Role:
Facilitate the functioning responsibilities of CHWs.
Facilitate communication within the team, including meetings, book clubs, and training sessions.
Ensure seamless cross-team activities by communicating and specifying action tasks with the hospital, admin, accounts, and other departments.
Provide administration support to the team and team members as needed.
Adapt to the tasks, roles, and responsibilities per program and organizational needs.
Candidate Profile
A Masters degree in Public Health / Health Management, preferably with graduate degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Nursing or allied
Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Proficiency in Marathi and English.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Sharing the Tribal Friendly values of SEARCH and passionate about their development.
Strong desire to serve people and an understanding of the social impact space would be essential.
Minimum commitment of three years.
