Job Description:
To lead a team that promotes Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) that has the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement an outcome-oriented plan to promote good practices in EbA for rural India; to develop an aligned business plan and to fund-raise for the same
• To disseminate the concept and identify, mobilize and coordinate with various stakeholders engaged in the collaborative

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Required Skills:
Leadership, facilitation and management qualities; proven ability to think strategically and systemically to develop and implement outcome-oriented plans; Communication skills to promote concepts and develop relationships with diverse groups and raise funds to support the realization of plans. Writing and presentation skills related to the subject.

Qualifications:

• PhD with 3+ years of experience in Environmental Science / Natural resources management (land, water, agriculture, biodiversity)
• Peer-reviewed journal publications
• Languages: (a) Spoken- English, Hindi, (b) Written – proficient in English
