Position: Coordinator  

Organization: National level NGO

Location: Delhi

Key responsibilities for the position include:
• Support the head of monitoring and evaluation in managing design and execution of program evaluation research including interim and summative assessments through on-ground, online and mobile surveys.
• Collate and analyze routine program data, training data etc. to develop periodic and contingent status reports as may be required
• Analyze and report variances on routine monitoring data in context of approved annual plans.
Candidates suitable for this position:
• Post-graduate degree in social sciences from a reputed university/institute.
• 3 to 5 years ‘of relevant work experience in monitoring and evaluation roles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in data analysis and software such as SPSS/STATA

The compensation for the position would be based on the previous/last drawn salary of candidate. The compensation band is in range of INR 5 - 7 lacs per annum
