Key Accountability

• Responsible for effective planning and implementation of the Programs
• Provide strategic guidance to the team; ensure achievement of the desired outcomes as defined in the Project Design
• Ensure Program monitoring and measure outputs and outcome
• Develop, foster and manage (Project plans, Budget & Process)
• Extend required support & guidance to the project staff as and when required
• Visit the field to support and supervise the programs, review activities on a checklist and facilitate distinct action based on field observation
• Interface and convergence with Government and stakeholders (CSOs, Pvt Sector, research and resource organizations)
• Contribute to the visibility of the program
• Build partnership network/collaborate with like-minded organizations
• Submission of project related information reports to Donor

• Understanding of Flagship poverty alleviation programs of the government.
• Sound understanding of the community processes, power dynamics and functioning of CBOs
• Understanding about Government Institutions involved in Tribal Livelihood promotions work.
• Excellence in Written English
• MS Office and Computer Skills
• Organizing skills
• Project Management, Planning & facilitation skills
• Good communication skills (oral & written) in English, Hindi & Odia
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex priorities

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate degree in Social Work or equivalent from any reputed University

Years of Experience:

The candidate should have 5 years of experience in a similar Role

Salary:

Rs. 52,000/- per month, Salary will be fixed as per the skill/competency/experience of the candidate.
