Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluating Twin Health sensor technologies
• Performing sensor activation (Pairing sensors by installing in member smartphone).
• Educating the members to handle sensors for self testing.
• Taking care of sensor related issues.
• Clearing enquiries about the sensors and supplements
• Delivering devices, sensors and supplements on time to the patients.
• Attaching ABPM device to members and collecting readings on timepoints according to the protocol
• Providing technical assistance with equipment operation.
• Maintenance of all devices, sensors and supplements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Relevant technical certificate.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
• Working knowledge of email systems, mobile apps and data collection from sensors.
• Should be able to travel with own transportation to client/member location
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language of job location.
• Ability to work under strict supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
