Job Description

  • Working on outbound campaigns for North America geography generating business leads & opportunities for Iris’ services and solutions.
  • Responsible for executing & managing campaigns at BU / Industry / Domain specific level.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, account managers, client partners & respective stakeholders for campaigns and ABM initiatives
  • Working with Content & Communication team towards sales enablement materials
  • Managing campaign specific teams to generate qualified leads through Cold Calling, Emailing, LinkedIn, Events - set-up calls, in-person meetings, demo etc.
  • LinkedIn / Twitter / Social Media networking and regularly sharing corporate posts
  • Mentoring & training team members for campaign specific requirements
  • Responsible for team as well as individual outcomes for campaigns
  • Responsible for Managing BU specific team (IS + R), ability to train, motivate, team player. 2-4 person team for a specific BU / LOB.
  • Secondary research, reporting and managing campaign related dashboards
  • Learning 2-4 hours/week (attend webinars, watch webcast, campaign trainings recordings, read blogs articles, online courses in areas of Marketing / Sales / Business Development / Communication / IT Services / Verticals etc.)

Desired Profile

  • Candidate with excellent communication skills in English and great command on language
    • 7+ years of experience in North American market in Outbound Lead Generation / Demand Generation / Campaign Management / Business Development role for technology services & solutions
    • B2B calling etiquette with excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
    • Good at using social media – LI Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Twitter, FB etc.
    • Must have a good knowledge & understanding of our IT services offerings & solutions
    • Experience in using CRM & Marketing Automation like Salesforce, Hubspot, Bullhorn etc. and proficiency in MS Office suite
    • Any prior experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Logistics, Insurance, Manufacturing and BFSI vertical in US market is an advantage & will be preferred
    • Location: Noida Office, currently WFH (may follow a hybrid model in future)
    • Shift Timings (US Eastern Shift) – 6:30PM (IST) – 3:30AM (IST)
    • Working Days – Monday to Friday
    • Employment: Full-time
