Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, or Consulting
- 12 years of experience working in leadership, team and organizational effectiveness with a focus on best practices creating, executing, and scaling strategy, service delivery, and measurement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced relationship-building, collaboration, communication and consensus building skills.
- Experience managing complex projects simultaneously and/or projects involving global cross-functional/team alignment, including ability to anticipate, assess, and manage risk (e.g. operational, product, team health).
- Ability to identify business needs and the ability to create clarity out of ambiguity.
- Advanced knowledge of specialization areas (contracting and org diagnosis, process consultation and group dynamics, org design, LTOE approaches, and capability development).
- Ability to interact confidently, clearly and respectfully with others, especially senior leaders of the organization, to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program or solution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic consultation to complex and multiple business areas and manages partnerships with a business area/PC Lead portfolio.
- Act as a “go-to” resource on LTOE approaches and processes, addressing ambiguous or new problems faced by leaders and Googlers within complex or growing business areas.
- Partner with APAC LTOE Practice Area Lead, Team members and APAC Managers in development and execution of the global strategy and related OKRs.
- Leverage broad and deep domain expertise to synthesize and derive insights from data and reports, identify process improvement opportunities, and oversee end-to-end assessment and development programs.
- Act as a deep integrator to drive implementation of policies, programs or initiatives, providing input to and get buy-in from executive level decision makers.
