Responsibilities:
- Undertake knowledge management by collecting and collating information available for the Oxygen supply and management & carry out analysis of data being reported in the public domain.
- Undertake landscape assessments to seek, sense and analyze trends in the funding environment and develop strategy documents.
- Conduct Secondary Research and Landscape analysis for material contribution to the development of concept notes and proposals.
- Support the Program Team in engaging with PATH’s state-level teams to collect updates on project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Support the team in Coordinating the Project Management process internally within PATH & external stakeholders.
- Support in preparing Project collaterals such as Field assessment reports, Donor reports, work plans, Strategy updates, Factsheets, and Policy briefs.
- Support the team in preparing for meetings internally and externally, including conducting background research on meeting participants and organization focus areas.
- Support the team in ensuring effective project reporting at the National Level.
- Assist the Project Manager in coordination and execution of the program partnership in multiple states and related program work.
- Support Project Manager on designing Program Strategy, creating an action plan, and formulating work plans.
- Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree at a reputed school with relevant experience of 2-3 in Public Health/Consulting Organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
- Comfort with collaborating across all levels of leadership internally.
- Critical analysis and strong report writing skills.
- Demonstrated capacity-building approach to supporting staff development.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
