JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creation of a detailed Business Plan (Defining goals, Overall Planning of all Resources, budgets, action plan, etc. for each financial year in advance)
2. Overall planning of the cash flow and planning & meeting the daily requirements of the company.
3. Hiring and training of team as per plan
4. Upholding the organizational values and culture
5. Setting up all the process of the company with SOP in detail
6. Developing Marketing Plans and Strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
7. Devising sales strategies based on marketing insights that result in increased web traffic and drive online sales
8. Strategizing and execution of all digital channel management
9. Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters and graphic designers to achieve the desired results in web and app marketing
10. Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
11. Providing technical direction and guidance to the Development team.
12. Lead and develop the brand of the E-commerce platform
13. Reviewing the security checkout pages and payment procedures
14. Creating promotional offers, ensuring they are uploaded precisely and monitoring the results of the same
15. Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy
16. Keeping a close watch on web traffic to inform website maintenance and effectiveness of marketing strategies
17. Ensuring proper maintenance of web portal and app
18. Keeping track of sales-related metrics to ensure restocks (in case of warehousing model)
19. Ensuring proper merchandising of products (On boarding of brands, curation of brands, selection of brands as per market need)
20. Ensuring customer satisfaction
21. Representing the company in the event of any legal issues and ensuring resolution of the same
22. Lead, motivate and develop a high performing managerial team
23. Ensure all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
24. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
25. Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
26. Negotiating deals with brands (for discounts, for co-branding opportunities, curating their brands on our portal, advertising, etc.)
27. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry the company operates in.
