Job responsibilities

Coordination/Management of projects

• Coordinate and support the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of research and evaluation studies
• Monitor project implementation to ensure timely and effective completion
• Ensure requisite technical support as required and work effectively with teams

Business development

• Support proposal development, if needed
• Represent the organization in client meetings and forums
• Support other organizational development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a post graduate degree in a relevant discipline (economics, social development), from a recognized institution
• 1-4 years of experience in specifically managing research and evaluation assignments
• Knowledge, understanding and/or experience of having worked on social development issues, is essential

Essential Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to coordinate with and manage multiple stakeholders
• Conversant in English
• Willingness to work with timelines; ability to execute tasks efficiently
• Work effectively with teams
• Willingness to travel
• Experience of having developed quantitative and qualitative tools, having managed field team and data collection, would be an advantage
• Ability, skills, and familiarity with Survey CTO would be an advantage
• Ability and skills in quantitative (STATA) or qualitative analysis is desirable

Annual CTC between INR 3,00,000 to 6,00,000; depend upon the qualifications, skills, experience, and role fit of the candidate.
