Job Overview

We are looking for a part-time/fulltime consultant for our Government and Non-profit advisory vertical to help our clients (Govt. stakeholders and non-profit teams) for high quality delivery of their work. Your day-to-day responsibility also includes building and managing existing and prospective clients to build better presence of the company in the region.

An ideal candidate would have a mixed Govt and consulting background with proven track record of delivering high stake projects. You should also be a team player with a knack for policy analysis and data.

Key Responsibilities

● Work with founders to ideate strategy for effective business development and clients’ management

● Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships with the to achieve the business objectives of the firm.

● Work directly with non-profit leadership team and senior Government functionaries to achieve desired outcomes

● Facilitate multi-stakeholder consultations and policy dialogues to inform the design and develop practical know-how for the projects at-hand.

● Develop high quality frameworks, business proposals and pitch decks for delivering the expected outcomes

● Analyze public policies and data to generate insights, develop and execute plans for effective engagement and advocacy

● Work with founders to contribute to the growth of the firm.

Requirements for the Role

● Master in Public Policy, Business Administration, Business Analytics etc. from reputed Indian /International institutions.

● 5-8 years of experience working with senior functionaries in Govt/non-profit/corporate field

● Prior consulting experience, preferably in social impact consulting.

● Excellent communication skill in English (Marathi is desirable).

● Good understanding of MS-Excel and PPT

● Ability to create high quality business presentations
