Position: Data Analyst

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in MCA, BCA or BTech in any Specialization

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 2 to Maximum 10 years of experience in Data Analytics data preparation, modelling and analysis.
• Candidates working in similar positions with Education domain, national and international development agencies shall have an edge.

Essential Skills:

• Exploratory Data Analysis Data Preparation and Data Exploration.
• Expertise Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics.
• Analytics Tools SPSS/SAS/R/Python, SQL & MS Excel, Tableau

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with SHS & district functionaries and collect & compile the data in timely manner 
• Process- structured, semi-structured and unstructured data sets to assess the key performance indicators (KPI’s)
• Participate in team meetings and present analytical findings to the team for tracking progress of activities
• Support in preparation of project related reports, presentations, etc. 
• Extracts data from a variety of sources for use in analysis and models; completes ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
• Identify relevant data, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data (to be included) and effectively communicate findings and solutions with various groups
• Perform routine reporting and ad hoc analysis of operational metric and other management reports.
• Assist with developing and using statistical modelling
• Data analyst will be responsible for building and implementing next generation predictive models leveraging traditional and non-traditional data.
• In addition, data Analyst will be responsible for evaluating multiple machine learning and regression techniques for specific use cases.
• Data Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and be able to implement analytical solutions to drive higher ROI.
• Data Analyst will interact and at times work with external partners in the industry to ensure he/she remains abreast with the knowledge of analytics domain
