Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Inside sales team to identify and build strategic partnerships with incubators and accelerators
• Communicate with future partners via tele prospecting and emailing to generate interest and create rapport for the VFT offering
• Develop and execute strategy for outreach, attracting and onboarding deserving and qualified innovative entrepreneurs, and start-ups.
• Qualify and evaluate applicants for, innovation, acceleration, Investability and founder commitment and persona
• Work with the team to do a deep dive into incubators and startup ecosystem across the globe and understand the processes and programs of top enablers
• Proactively research and identify new businesses to target for lead generation.
• Research and discover methods to increase partner engagement Oversee outreach
• Selection and onboarding efforts of promising partners and the startups
• Build processes and work towards enabling a more structured pipeline building and selection process

Education Qualification/Required Skills Experience

• A seasoned professional with at least 3+ years’ experience with 1-2 years in the start-up ecosystem in a similar role with a reputed incubator/ accelerator / start-up ecosystem enablement role.
• MBA/post graduate degree from a reputed institute will be a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you should be able to think outside the box and on your feet to creatively solve problems
• Must be incredibly organised and able to help others get organised
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal Ability to establish strong partner relationships
• Must have ‘no job is too small’ attitude
• Must be willing to take on responsibilities beyond own job description when necessary
