Roles and Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of the program:
● Organize and execute capacity building sessions for EduMentum’s partner organizations
● Pilot need-based programs with Partner organizations
● Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategy
Partner relationship management:
● Identify and forge new partnerships with organisations/people aligning to the purpose of EduMentum
● Participate in meetings, workshops or related forums/events, as required by the program
● Periodic need gap analysis of partner organizations
● Adopt tools or surveys to collect data, analyze, and present to program stakeholders (cohort, mentors,
funders) based on the program design.
● Analyse feedback to continuously improve effectiveness of program
● Publishing reports on the progress of the program and update external stakeholders
Education and Experience:
● A degree in entrepreneurship/education/social sciences OR a year or 2-3 years of experience working with
the education sector.
● Strong interest in any of the three areas affecting an organization - Organization development / Program management / People management.
● Should be able to lead a program end to end.

Compensation: Commensurate to one’s experience.
