JOB BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:
This role involves co-creating strategy/solution, facilitating problem-solving and engaging CXOs and key leaders on mission-critical projects at one of India's most impactful foundations. CxOs you will engage have 20+ years of corporate/development sector experience leading high-performance organizations.
This opening is ideal for impact focused consultants (with min 6 years of experience) who are on a journey to contribute towards nation building. You will have an opportunity to influence strategy as well as strengthen institutional pillars while working across Education, Water and Health domains.
The selected Program Manager shall:
• Lead solutioning, build frameworks for disruptive, discontinuous ideas alongside business line peers and leaders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Lead Solutioning:
a) Strong project management, team management for timely and quality delivery of projects
b) Overall accountability for success in creating strategies for business expansion, change initiatives
c) Setup process, lead creation business documents to communicate with board members, donors and external stakeholders
Strengthen Governance
a) Work closely with CXOs, co-create systems to highlight critical constraints, successes
b) Connect dots across large cross- functional, organization- wide projects or initiatives
c) Determine key performance/success indicators for the projects/initiatives d Synthesize updates, create dashboards for CEO/ CXOs/ Board
Ensure strategic excellence
a) Facilitate communication between CEO/External Stakeholders and Core Team Members/Projects Teams/Functions
b) Prepare tools and formats to ensure excellence, drive initiatives and shared meaning across the functions
c) Assist CEO for upcoming meetings with CXOs, internal/external stakeholders, Board
• Responsible for leading 2-3 member team to drive Governance, communicate effectively with external/internal stakeholders
WORK CONDITION AND ENVIRONMENT
a) The person should be willing to take up responsibilities & travel with short notice periods
b) Open to work on short deadlines
• Develop team’s capability to problem solve, co-create solutions, drive/influence agenda, create business documents

Experience:
a) Min 6-8 years of experience in consulting, program strategy stakeholder in development sector, consulting firms, social enterprises
b) MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in business management/rural management/development or Graduate with experience in consulting
c) Experience leading and developing atleast 2 team members to gain problem solving, facilitating complex engagements
