Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Plant & Machinery, Buying, Commissioning and Operationalize various Food Processing units in multiple locations in India
2. Ensuring all machines equipment are having trouble free operation in all the processing centers
3. Formulate and develop of new Food products from the concept stage to commercialization including recipe formulation to factory trials liaising closely with various departments in the organization
4. Developing SOP for Plants & Operations to ensure quality of Products
5. Coordinating with various related Research Institutions, R&D organizations and Industries to keep abreast of latest Technology in Food manufacturing
6. Establishing Food Safety and Quality Management system and GHP (Good Hygiene Practice)
7. Managing the staffs of various Production units to ensure optimum utilization of resources in a timely manner
8. Mapping of Producer’s Company wise Agri Commodities and executing the Processing plan as per the predetermined Production plan
9. Working in close Co Ordination with the Leads and the CEO FDRVC and PEs

Work Experience:

1. Must have overall experience of about 7-10 years in Processing of Fruits, Bakery, Millets and other RTE / RTC products in a reputed Food Manufacturing company
2. Have strong understanding of HACCP / GMP / GFSI / ISO certifications and implement to ensure products are in global standard
3. Experience in developing new Food Products will be an added advantage
4. Having strong Vendor management skill and responsible for Purchase of quality of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods
5. Strong working knowledge on Consumer Food Industry in India

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

• B. Tech / M. Tech in Food Technology
• MS Office and experience of working in ERP environment is a plus
• Excellent Inter Personal Communication skill, Presentation skill
• Innovative and Analytical bent of mind and able to work independently under pressure
• A Team player having ability to work as a Team and strong decision-making skill
• A self-motivated person and having good attention to detail who complete tasks set through to the end
• Good numerical skills, accurate weighing and ability to accurately calculate fractions and percentages
