Position: Head of Programmes

What you’ll do:
Provide meaningful direction and support to the TPF Manager, Intelehealth Program Managers and Partnerships Manager to ensure programme and partnership objectives are on track despite COVID-19 disruptions. Note, as we are a remote working organisation, teams are managed remotely via Zoom and phone calls
Provide analysis on monthly / quarterly performance for all programmes, ensuring overall targets are met via proactive risk management, creative problem solving and timely escalation
Contribute to the development of the overall Partnerships strategy, ensuring sustainability of strategic partnerships
Prepare budgets, sharing monthly / quarterly reports on programme costs
Implement the leadership journey and processes for The Period Fellowship and collaboratively work on programme design with the Fellowship Manager and Design, Learning & Development Manager
Effectively oversee the mental and physical wellbeing of the cohort by staying informed about COVID-19 and taking adaptive decisions around fellowship activities
Maintain strong feedback loops with the COO, sharing key risks, challenges and opportunities on a fortnightly basis
Support Design, Learning & Development and Governance teams in training, monitoring and evaluation
Pulse check key gaps in skills, attitudes or behaviours within the team and facilitate capacity building sessions
Effectively manage a remote working culture, championing Uninhibited’s culture, values and working norms to ensure your team feels connected to the wider organisation
Who you are:
Have recognized undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
Passionate about gender equity, women empowerment or menstrual health
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, remain cool-headed when there are curve balls and withstand the tests of a rapidly changing environment with resilience and resolve
Highly organized and resourceful, with an ability to drive focus, clarity and prioritization
5-6 years experience building and leading teams and implementing programmes on the ground
An exceptional communicator with an ability to drive accountability in remote teams
An instinctive self-starter and problem solver who can quickly identify opportunities and make the most of them
Low ego, collaborative team member; motivated to work with other verticals to improve the quality of programmes
Data driven with excellent documentation skills; ability to analyse and share key insights with Program Managers
Empathetic, respectful and grounded with a strong understanding of the role organisation culture plays in motivating and retaining teams
Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Hindi a bonus
