Qualifications and experience requirements: B. E. (Civil / Mechanical) or equivalent degree in architecture with a minimum of 6 years of experience in facilities management. Higher degree will be an added advantage.

Experience in the installation, guiding the plant and machinery as a facilities maintenance person with different stakeholders is required.

Experience in recycling and material facilities management will be an advantage Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required.

Scope of Work:

• Sourcing and knowledge of the facilities/machine’s installation, upkeep in the materials facilities and recycling centers in an industrial set up/waste management • Will be completely responsible for facility planning and development incl floor plan, machinery placements, power requirements, etc

• Ensure compliance of Environment, Health, security, and Safety aspects for enhanced work environment • Establish processes and systems for effective partnerships with Recyclers, small aggregators, kabadiwallahs and other stakeholders.

• Map/Identification of different Recyclers, Bulk generators, Aggregators, and link/partnership in the project.

• Facilitate and support team member in linking with various govt. department and represent the Project team.

• Developing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for complete upkeep of the site to high standards of operations, maintenance, and cleanliness.

• Conduct trainings on EHS, compliance, security, fire, safety etc.

• Visit to various places for evaluation of vendor’s technology on plastic/dry waste management practices.

• Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time by the senior management.
