Qualifications and experience requirements: 

Postgraduate in Social Sciences/Social work/Environment Science/MBA with a minimum of 6 years of M&E experience is required at the state or national level. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). 

Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills on the impacts from the project. 

Scope of Work:

• Establish processes and systems for effective reporting & traceability as per the framework developed under the project
• Develop the overall framework and system for the physical and process monitoring of project activities
• Develop monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly reporting formats on the progress of activities as per the approved work plan
• Review monitoring reports, analyses these reports in terms of problems and actions needed as well as for impact evaluation and to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation
• Facilitate and support Team member at PMU, in setting up a dynamic monitoring and evaluation systems for monthly monitoring and reporting of project
• Contribute to the mid-term and final evaluation and assessment of the project
• Meet the requirement of the management as per the donors’ needs of data
• Helps in organizing the fairs, exhibitions, and related knowledge management workshops
• Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time by the senior management.
