Bharti Foundation is hiring “Senior Manager-Partnership” for Head Office (Gurgaon)

1. The position will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing and implementing donor management plan
• Ensuring donor compliances and timely reporting to all stakeholders
• Managing current partnerships and expanding them
• Leveraging various fundraising opportunities (with existing and potential donors)

2. Should have Post Graduate in Business Management/Rural Management/Social Work with fifteen years of relevant experience

3. Should have ability to network, build and sustain long term relationship
