SCOPE OF WORK:

1. TREE PLANTATION, M3M Foundation started a unique environmental project named as Vriksha Arpan, promoting forestation and tree plantation under its flagship programme SANKALP. Through this project, the Foundation is striving to uplift the quality of our living environment through active planting, proper maintenance and preservation of trees together. 
2. WATER CONSERVATION, Rejuvenation of water bodies through construction, repair and maintenance of check dams, well recharging. Promote and support sustainable participatory water management practices such as rain water harvesting, watershed development and management, efficient irrigation management.

Target Geographies for the intervention: Gurugram and Tauru block of Nuh District.

TARGETS AND TIMELINE:

• Selected partner NGOs will initiate implementation of the SANKALP programme within 1 month from the signing of the MoU, else the MoU will be treated as null and void.
• Progress will be assessed under the pilot study, implemented over a period of 1-2 months.
• Baseline surveys to be conducted for need of tree plantation and rejuvenation of water resources.
• The baseline study is expected to collect basic data of the total number of water bodies and assess the current conditions water bodies.
• Explore baseline condition under wastewater management, solid waste management and garbage dumping.
• Explore existing concerns around water resources and community’s knowledge levels around environmental awareness and sensitivity in the community.
• Explore levels of water, air and soil quality, existing potential to tap alternative strategies
• Based on the above, generate a report documenting recommendations on implementation of activities and overall program strategy
• Work plan to be created after conducting the baseline survey in the mentioned geography.
• Selected Partners are expected to come with the suitability of the metrics and recommend additional data points that could be covered.

Submission of proposals:

The proposal should be enclosed as per the following:

• NGO Profile, Detailed Technical & Financial proposals must be submitted in soft copy on the email address provided as per the attached requested format.
• No physical hard copies of proposals are required.
• Any proposal received after the last date specified shall not be considered.
