Key Responsibilities:

§  Delivery Support: Provide support with respect to delivering media and communications strategies aligned with the field goals and objectives.

§  Research: Stay abreast of critical social-economic issues. Conduct media research and investigations to understand latest happenings in the fields as well as in the domain of communications for impact to be able to create effective strategies, Track, Research and analyse the media landscape.

§  Outreach and engagement with regional and national media and reach out to relevant journalists and editors.

§  Creative Strategy: Contribute towards building creative media engagement strategies required to deliver on project outcomes.

§  Stakeholder Management: Maintain active liaison with key stakeholders in specific campaign issue(s).

§  Project Management Support: Support with creating project reports and proposals as well as monitor budgets and grants with all stakeholders.

Skill-Set Required:

§  3-6 years of working experience in related fields;

§  Familiarity with on-ground activation for brands (either from Advertising Agency or Brand Management background); Strong media and PR background, strategic, research and analytical abilities;

§  Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget;

§  Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;

§  Rural marketing and advertising familiarity;

§  Willing to travel, especially  to monitor and build relationships and execution;

§  Digitally savvy;

§  Ability to work unsupervised, in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment;

§  Ability to function effectively under public scrutiny.
