Responsibilities: 

1. Assist the segment designing team in documentation work 

2. Contribute during the designing of the program to add your inputs

3. Creating action plans and timelines with help of the team 

4. Conducting primary and secondary research and collating the learnings whenever required

Requirements: 

1. Empathy 

2. Organisational and administrative experience

3. Analytical and critical thinking skills 

4. Excellent communication and feedback skills 

5. Experience of working communities on ground 

6. Experience with Primary and Secondary Research (Highly Preferred)

7. Familiarity with disaster preparedness and management (Highly Preferred) Knowledge of design thinking process (Highly Preferred) 

8. A genuine enthusiasm about the kind of work we are doing, including self-discovery

Skill(s) required: 

1. Excellent written & spoken English 

2. Ability to conduct primary and secondary research 

3. Task management 

4. Document creation in Google Docs & Google Sheets 

5. Time management 

6. People skills,teamwork, autonomy & reliability.

Who can apply:

1. Can preferably join us as soon as possible. 

2. Are available for 6-8 hours per week, till the segment assigned reaches its completion (minimum of 4 months committment). 

3. Recent Graduates, students or young professionals with a background in Social Sciences (Including but not limited to Rural Development, Disaster Management, Social Work, Education, Anthropology, Development Studies or Public Policy)
