Responsibilities:

• Team Management- Building a team of volunteers, paid interns and full time team.
• Project Management - Planning and Monitoring. Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Drive the budget and key timelines of the project. Ensure that all project milestones delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects.
• Policy Initiative - Coordinate with policy makers and influencers
• Partnership Management - Develop and manage partnerships with Schools, Colleges, social sector organizations, incubators, Colleges/ Institutions/ Universities, government agencies bodies etc.
• Communications - Develop of marketing and communications materials, i.e. Reports, brochures, flyers etc.

Experience:

Leadership / Project Management Experience: preferably with 4 to 6 years of experience

Skills:

• Language – English (written and spoken) and Hindi
• Exceptional Communication Skills & Project management Skills.
• Should be open to travelling across the city and state extensively, motorcycle/moped is proffered

Salary Range:

Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn
