Work Experience: 4-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the approved workplans with the state and district teams in coordination with the state PMU on monthly and weekly basis to ensure successful implementation of the national and state level activities described below

2. To ensure that the progress and plan for COP 21 for the below activities are  reviewed on a monthly basis and action taken reports are reviewed by the state and district Managers.

3. To ensure smooth coordination between the national and state implementation teams and with the virtual team for relevant programs such as virtual interventions.

4. To ensure that the district management units are closely working with DAPCUs and SACS and implementation units.

5. To ensure that the district monthly reports are submitted to SACS, State Program Management Units, National Team.

6. To work with the district teams to identify the probable gaps and ensure necessary technical support is provided through JHU or external technical consultants/agencies.

7. To coordinate and work with online interventions team to roll-out the site level activities and ensure monthly reports include the performance related information.

8. To coordinate with district teams to implement quality assurance activities and ensure that the data reported by the districts/state are of quality and validated by the district, state and national.

9. To participate and represent in the National level and State level review meetings, workshops organised by SACS, State Program Management Units and national units.

10. Assist M&E teams at district and National level in data disaggregation and compilation; analysis and descriptive report on the data set.

11.Coordinate with team members, DAPCU, SACS, YRGCARE and JHU.

12. Report periodically to the JHU Program director for updates and gap analysis

13.Any other work assigned by supervisor within ambit of the Project ACCELERATE.

1.Ensure timely intervention of the HIVST and PrEP programs at the state, district and field level as per the program protocol, web platform and SOP developed

2.Provide periodic training and handholding to the staff involved in implementation of HIVST and PrEP

3.Conduct weekly review with MH and Telangana and monthly review with Safe Zindagi teams for data analysis and program management

4.Establish weekly priorities and updates with the state and district teams based on the weekly updates and report

5.Ensure monthly reporting from the states and submission to SACS via the state program management teams

6. Initiate and complete the new collaborations with state, national and district level partners such as CBOs/NGO, NARI, CSRs to improve the service delivery and demand generation for HIVST and PrEP

7.Ensure the proposals and collaborations are completed in due time
