Position: Deputy General Manager-Program

1. The position will be responsible for:

• To plan, execute and monitor annual plan, targets, enrolment, retention, students’ learning level, Co-scholastic achievement, special projects and thematic interventions
  support Principals on day to day operational matters
• To undertake periodic visits to schools to support the team in achieving annual targets
• To ensure strong positive bonding with local communities
• 2. Should have Post Graduate in Rural Management/Social Work with fifteen years of experience in the education sector

3. Should have the ability to conceptualize, plan and execute, team management and analytical skills.
