Position: Team Leader

Organization: ASSIST Creative Lab

Location: Multiple locations (Kerala, Port Blair and Uttar Pradesh)

Expected Scope of Work:

• Quality and deadlines for the overall advisory packages of the contractor

• Coordinating and ensuring communication with GIZ

• Personnel management as well as planning and steering assignments within the consultant team

Job Description/Qualifications:

As Team Lead, you are expected to possess the following qualifications:

Education:

University qualification (first degree/master’s) Completed university degree, ideally at postgraduate level in relevant subject matter i.e., communications, development studies, and social work.

Professional experience/s:

• Possess 8 to 10 years of experience in communications, especially in writing and public relations.

• Experience leading development projects, ideally related to SWM.

• 3 years of experience of working in India.

• Proficient spoken, understanding, and written skills in both English and Hindi.
