About the position:

Intelehealth is dedicated to developing a strong implementation team to support health organizations in the use of the Intelehealth technology platform to drive the improvement of health status of underserved populations. We're looking for a Project Manager who will be supporting the implementation of Intelehealth’s telemedicine projects in respective project sites.

This role will involve operational management of the projects and to work closely with technical and non-technical staff involved in deployment.

Requirements

As a Project Manager at Intelehealth, a typical day might include:

• Support our partners to execute telemedicine projects and achieve better impact outcomes.
• Monitor day-to-day operations of on-going projects
• Monitor( using various tech tools) the core indicators of the project,create analysis and share insights with partners that can help the partner execute the project.
• Generate reports and maintain strong cadence with partners and stakeholders.
• Work with technical and non-technical staff to monitor telemedicine programs with partners
• Be able to understand the user's needs for the various aspects of the Project.
• Periodic reporting of project metric to internal and external stakeholders and with  analysis.
• Share insights with the internal team to improve project outcomes
• Support in training the master trainers or end users

Qualifications and Experience:

·        Min 3 - 10 years of prior experience in field level implementation
·        Field experience working in rural areas in a developing country is highly desired
·        Experience working independently
·        Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Public Health, Public Policy, Medicine, or related field

Skills:

·        Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects together
·        Willing to travel 70% of time

·        Female  preferred
·        Knowledge and ability to effectively utilize monitoring methods and to be able deduce the performance of the project with respect to its goals.
·        Proficient in using the common tech tool and internet tools.
·        To work with healthcare professionals to improve the efficiency and quality of the delivery output/healthcare services.  
·        Ability to work in a highly complex matrix environment and ensure consistent quality delivery of services and maintain a high level of patient and provider satisfaction.
·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·        Effective organizational, planning, controlling, scheduling and project management abilities in a complex healthcare environment.
·        Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to affect collaborative alliances and promote teamwork.
·        Strong understanding of M&E methods in ICT4D preferred.
·        Creativity and innovative mindset to improve programs and drive impact.
