Role in Partnerships

Team MyGov is looking for team members in the MyGov Partnership Team, who will be the link between various Ministries and MyGov.

They will also be responsible to manage important relationships between MyGov and its users. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

They must be able to nurture and grow partnerships with stakeholders while driving MyGov to deliver the best results. A candidate with a “can do” attitude is desired.

Collaboration and teamwork is key to this role. In addition to all the “soft” people skills, the candidate must be extremely organised, take ownership and take everyone along in a positive spirit.

The candidate will also help in driving citizen engagement through various citizen centric activities. They will also be the link between “Saathis” (users) and the platform.

The right candidate is also expected to have good research skills. They should be able to study various issues affecting the economy, governance, development issues and public policy, analyse and summarise the topic, present and arrange the data and information in a coherent, concise and interesting manner.

This will help generate novel content for the website and social media. An ideal candidate should be familiar with online research and news analysis, and versatile in public policy and economic issues. An interest in reading and general knowledge is recommended.

They must represent MyGov values of professionalism and transparency. If selected, you will be required to work from Delhi. You will be under probation for the first 3 months from the date of joining. If you successfully complete the probation period, regular contract for 2 years will be given.

The period of probation can be reduced or increased by MyGov and shall be solely based upon your performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Managing relationships with various Ministries, Departments and Government organisations

 Driving citizen engagement

 Managing MyGov requirements from various Ministries, Departments and Government organisations

 Delivering output on behalf of the Ministry through MyGov

 Research various economic, governance, development and public policy issues (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

 Analyse and summarise the topic, present and arrange the data and information in an interesting manner

Requirements

 Proven work experience or education in marketing/public policy

 Excellent communication skills in English

 Candidate must possess a Graduation degree

 Work experience of 2-5 years
