Position: Senior Manager- Programs

Organization: Milaan Foundation

Location: Bhopal

Role:

Program Management:
1. Spearhead the planning, implementation and monitoring of program
activities in Madhya Pradesh.
2. Develop and implement operational and work plans focused on outputs and
outcomes that work towards the strategic direction of Milaan’s
interventions in Madhya Pradesh.
Human Resource Management:
1. Determine staffing requirements as per programs’ requirements and hiring
eligible candidates.
2. Provide effective leadership, management, mentorship and support to
program team and support ongoing capacity building.

Financial planning and management
(Preparation, execution and monitoring)
1. Work with senior management team to prepare comprehensive budget.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
 Min. 8 years of experience working with a non-profit organization and
leading programs focused on girls’ and women empowerment.
 Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, specifically government
and civil society.
 A hands-on person with a strong program management skill.
 Strong written and oral communications skills in English and Hindi.
 Strong report development, writing and editing skills.
 Must be proficient in Microsoft office products (excel, PowerPoint, word
etc.)
 Demonstrate attention to details, ability to meet deadlines and work
independently and cooperatively with team members.
 Ability to make frequent field visits.
