Qualification and Experience:

Master's in Science / Medicine / Psychology / Behavioural Science with 12 - 15 years in managing large scale Therapeutic Health Care projects preferably in the disability sector 

Budget: 12 - 15 lakhs

Job Responsibilities:

1. Effective clinical assessment of every child being admitted and impart medical/para medical interventions / therapy 

2. Design and implement strong parent engagement programs  to empower and equip them with knowledge and strategies to better manage their child’s disability.

3. Effective Coordination  to ensure maximum synergy between therapy and curriculum for student’s development.

4. Conduct continuing rehabilitation education programmes in collaboration with Rehabilitation Council of India for addressing the training needs of professionals working with individuals with disabilities.

5. Measure impact and efficacy of programmes or interventions.

6.Assist the families in accessing different interventions and schemes desirable for the students.
