Responsibilities
● Strengthen our Current CSR engagements through strategic
outreach and networking
● Regularly followup with the pipeline clients
● Generate new leads through networking in professional circles,
conferences
● Leading the requirement gathering discussions, platform demo
calls
● Provide well researched insights on periodic CSR trends ( sector
wise, thematic area wise etc)
● Improving branding awareness of Dhwani through various online &
offline channels
● Manage key existing CSR client accounts as client facing
representative
Essential Requirements
● Having experience of working with
partnership/fundraising/implementation team of M&E Agencies,
NGOs or with reputed CSR/Foundations.
● Good networking skills are must have
● Understanding of CSR compliances is desirable
● Understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation is must
● Experience with the start-up will be an advantage
● Knowledge of technological trends
● Strong written and presentation skills
● Ability to work independently.
● Well organized & self-motivated

Educational Qualifications
MBA / MA in Social Work or any degree in the relevant field Post
Graduate candidates from reputed institutes preferred.
