Position: Performance Marketing

Location: Delhi

HelpAge India is now looking for Performance Marketing and Analytic Manager who would be responsible for enriching the organisation’s footprint on various ad platforms and implement Analytics tracking efficientle. You will be responsible for planning and executing the SEM projects to keep high growth ratio by both acquiring new customers and nourishing existing customers.

Qualification & Skills

  • Graduate/Other PG qualification preferably from the NGO sector would be a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of managing SEM projects; must have Ads operation/management experience for at least 30 lakh of monthly budget.
  • Deep knowledge of setting and operating Google Ads, in line with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and some other related G Suite and Google Marketing Platform applications.
  • Experience or achievement of improving ad performance based on data-oriented approach across various ad platforms is required – primary focus on Google & Facebook.
  • Excellent understanding of websites and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Awareness of how to set up and manage Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and solve problems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere with excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel for data analysis & extracting useful insights.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SEM projects to achieve target revenue and other management goals.
  • Manage and improve campaigns through Google/ Bing / Yahoo /Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, which includes day-to-day monitoring of ad performances and suggesting improvements.
  • Generating MIS for internal reporting.
  • Perform deep analysis based on big data stored in our ad database, think strategically to take appropriate actions for continuous growth/improvement in key ad metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI etc.
  • Possess knowledge of latest SEM techniques and expand the channel, not limited to Google Ads but also other channels such as SNS and affiliate, to make best portfolio in paid marketing.
  • Network with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward quickly
