Position: Project Lead

Location: Anand, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
As key member of the team, s/he/they will be managing the Skills and Entrepreneurship Initiative for School Students, Women and Youth project/s of NASSCOM Foundation in the state of Gujarat. Broad structure of responsibilities is noted below.
- Overall manage the project in Gujarat.
- Lead and be responsible for the complete on ground team
- Work towards building Government and other partnerships
- Incorporate innovative ideas and thinking for a better impact
- Ensure the program is delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
- Prepare reports as per internal and external requirements.
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with donor, partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of program.
- Manage budget or grant as per the expectations and compliance.
- Develop & execute the program to generate value for all stakeholders.
- Own the overall responsibility for the successful execution of the program.
- Ensure adoption, creation and execution of best practices in the program.
- Work towards scaling up the project
- Any other incidental work as and when required.
Key Requirements:
- Post graduate in relevant stream with 10+ years of post-qualification in skilling and entrepreneurship experience.
- Experience of managing government relationship would be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (fluency in Gujarati is essential)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relation.
- Ability to understand new technology and concepts.
- Experience of team management.

- Proven ability of working in rural environment
- Data compilation, management and analysis.
- Strong morals viz. honesty, transparency, generosity, altruism and respect.
- Problem solving skills – predict potential challenges in advance and brainstorm solutions.
- Willingness to travel in remote locations of Gujarat
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, Management and Leadership skills.
- Knowledge of local language, culture, social structure and the geography of the districts of Gujarat.
- Ability to read, write, speak and listen well in Gujarati and English.
- Good connects with rural authorities in Gujarat will be an added advantage.
