Position: Project Coordinator- Social Impact

Location: Noida

Job Description / Responsibility:
• Execution of project plan for projects allotted
• Documentation
• Resource coordination and management
• Plan and execute trainings
• Visiting project locations, discussing problem areas and suggesting solutions
• Monitoring data collection
• Preparing monthly report of the activities.
• Conducting periodic meetings with facilitators for resolving issues related to field work.
• Reporting to Project Head on regular basis.
• Building network and linkages with Govt departments
• Contribute voluntarily to different areas of work (apart from regular responsibilities) as and when required

 

The candidate needs to have the following:
• Proven skills and competencies to work with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Good communication and networking skill both in English & Hindi.
• Good presentation skills
• Extensive Travel to project sites
• Should have interpersonal communication, facilitation and representation skills
• Excellent command on writing in English language
• Skill in file management & E-communication

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in dealing with govt officials, project implementation and team management
• Experience in interacting with NGOs, multi-lateral agencies, corporate foundations etc will be preferred
Educational Requirements
• Masters in Social Sciences/ Social work/ Anthropology/ Development Studies/ Mass Communication or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.
