Job Description:
- Conducting a marketing survey for the new school projects and existing schools if required, preparing the Survey report.
- Preparing a yearly marketing plan
- Ensuring the admission designs reaches the school in time and has to ensure the Admission kit is available with the admission team before the admission process starts
- Coordinating with the design team for the timely delivery of the marketing collaterals
- Coordinating with the SEO and SMO team for the admission campaigning of school
- Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness
- Marketing of schools in digital platforms such as websites and Social media in both ways – Online and Offline. It includes giving ideas for printed materials such as brochures and posters as well as executing online marketing campaigns
- To plan and organize the events for perspectives parents/ Students, tie-ups with the corporates, companies, and preschool
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Partnering with the various institutes, Corporates for the admission campaign
- Evaluating and Improving in the Counseling Program
- To review the school admission database and ensuring each and every admission inquiry is handled effectively by the admission counselor
- Training the school marketing team
