The responsibilities of the Research Associate will include the following

1. Be part of a great team and design, develop and implement a research design to serve the objectives of the project

2. Survey and travel across the country when needed and oversee a survey agency appointed, if applicable

3. Clean data, analyse and present to the research team on a periodic basis

4. Write research reports and such other communications as needed from time to time

5. Prepare Gantt Chart, update it and present to the team periodically

Qualification and Experience

Essential qualifications:

1. Post-Graduation in Agribusiness/Statistics/Economics/Management

2. Proficiency in Hindi and English

Preferred qualifications or attributes:

1. Work experience in bulk procurement of agricultural commodities

2. Experience in bulk procurement of agricultural commodities and/or FPOs management

3. Knowledge of other languages of India

Remuneration and Tenure Appointment will be made on a contractual basis with a consolidated remuneration of Rs.35,000/- per month based on experience. This is a contractual position for 12 months (with probation of 3 months). The general terms and conditions of employment at IRMA will be applicable.

Age: Minimum 23 years
