Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree in Management / Rural Development / Rural Management / MSW / MBA from recognized university or institute.
• S/he should have overall 10-15 years’ of post qualification experience of working in Government Agency / Society / NGO at senior managerial level experience out of which at least 7 years’ experience of leading a team of professionals at state/national level.
•  The candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience of working with rural poor. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of working with international organizations.
• Most required is experience of working with and in coordination with State Rural Livelihood Missions,, especially JEEViKA in Bihar with experience of working on Social Communication Strategy, Gender and Women entrepreneurship with focused intervention towards bringing women entrepreneurs within community setting or experience of women leadership at community level in rural livelihood setting through SHGs.
• Experience of working in Bihar is essential particularly in SHG and other women empowerment and mobilization programme.  

Preference:

• Experience in the domain of Candidates with experience of leading large scale projects across multiple districts in a state/ across states that include procurement, communication strategy, finance administration, campaigns, capacity building/ leadership skills building among women or SJH leaders with multi-disciplinary team supervision and on-site support will be preferred for the position

Job Description:

• S/he will lead the SJY PMU consisting of multidisciplinary team of professionals.
• S/he will be responsible for overall implementation / execution of all project components of ultra-poor graduation scale- up in Bihar.
• S/he will lead the graduation program rollout, process adoption and monitoring of the SJY technical assistance partners.
• To ensure that all programmatic functions is being successfully implemented as per schedule and standards
