Position: Associate Consultant

Location: Noida

REMUNERATION: 6 – 8.4 LPA (based on experience)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2-5 years of post-master’s professional experience across the development sector

• Master’s degree from a reputed university/ institute in a relevant field such as rural management, forest management, social science, etc.

• Prior experience in consulting is preferred

• Experience of working with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) willbe an added advantage

• Interest and good knowledge around sustainable agriculture, value chain development, and natural resource management

• Strong writing skills with the ability to develop quality knowledge products

• Eager to travel to rural areas and interact with communities

• Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative

• A team player andself-motivated who can efficientlywork remotely (in case need arises)

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, promote, and disseminate Ecociate’s knowledge assets.

• Conduct primary and secondary research under various assignments.

• Develop research design and tools for conducting various research assignments.

• Contribute to projectdocuments includingproject reports and presentations.

• Manage team of data collectors and provide back-end support to the data collection process

• Conduct data analysis to bring out meaningful insights from large datasets.

• Actively contribute to organizational growth through finding new business opportunities andstreamlining operations.
