Position: Program Manager

Organization: Dignity Foundation

Location: Multiple Location

The Program Manager will be mainly responsible for the following key areas:

• To manage the centre and staff consisting of caregivers etc.
• Drawing care plans and activity plans.
• Planning Cognitive stimulation activities for people with dementia.
• Counselling for family caregivers and centre caregivers.
• Promoting the dementia care services
• Overall program implementation and achievement of project outcomes.
• Program monitoring, weekly reviews, project reports and process documents

Remuneration: 30,000/- per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Qualifications, experience, and skill-set:

• Preferably Postgraduate in social work or social sciences, or its equivalent with at least 3 years relevant experience in caregiving with senior citizens. Previous experience in Dementia Care would be an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and working knowledge of Hindi
• Sound computer skills, including use of the Internet, MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment.
