Strategic Partner Manager, Health Responsibilities

• BA/BS degree required

• Manage, monitor, course correct and report on covid and other health related behavior change campaigns supported by Facebook

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage external partners

• Become an expert in the support experience for Facebook Health products and programs

• Effectively resolve partner issues and innovate with partners using technological innovations

• Support partner marketing efforts by leading cross-functional teams internally

• Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders

• Represent the voice of the partner to cross-functional and leadership teams

• Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% of the time (once business travel resumes)

• Drive initiatives to help build and scale the Partnerships team and practices

Minimum Qualifications

• 7-10+ years professional experience in managing large scale behavior change communication campaigns

• Demonstrated experience in partner management

• Experience working in public health, healthcare demand creation, health nonprofit or social enterprise and deep understanding of the health ecosystem in India

• Operational, Organizational, project management, and communication experience

• Experience in or understanding of consumer level behavior change communication as well as basics of digital marketing preferred

• Record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers

• Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the partner experience

• Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

• Fluency in Hindi and English

Preferred Qualifications

• MA/MSC/MBA/MPh degree or higher

• Fluency in additional Indian languages preferred
