Position: Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
1. To conduct structured life skills training including training on workplace English, soft skills, interview etiquettes etc with 150-200 candidates
2. To work towards career counseling of 150-200 candidates
3. To work towards improving the communication skills of 150-200 candidates
4. To conduct periodic sessions on reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of the trainees, and to organise and host Online Zoom/Gmail meet for Expert sessions.
5. To organize outdoor activities such as street plays and taking students on outdoor exposure visits
6. To maitain document data related to work or as asked by line manager, in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 

7.Any other tasks as assigned by the line manager 

 Preferences will be given to candidates from Noida location.

- Experience working as Trainer for 0-3 years

- Experience in placements/liaisoning in healthcare sector. 

Salary : 2.16 - 3 lakh/annum
