Duties and Responsibilities:
The Specialist, digital health is expected to perform the following task.
- Identify the potential use cases which optimize on the use of data, to analytically draw actionable insights
- Defining the user experience of data stories, user flows, dashboards and applications to effectively communicate actionable insights through data visualizations, including geospatial tools.
- Apply user experience design thinking to design insightful solutions / analytical frameworks which can inform strategic initiatives that deliver simple, compelling and actionable data visualizations.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams throughout the project life cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and solution delivery.
- Monitor and manage the progress of advanced analytics and interactive visualizations
- Complete knowledge around development and administration of analytical and visualization business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or any other online analytical tool
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models, chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
- Develop and present periodic updates and reports to various stakeholders;
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional departments, as to understand and drive requirements gathering, design, development, testing and solution delivery.
- Drive knowledge management by sharing key learnings and best practices with different team members

Required Skills and Experience:
- 4-10 years of experience in a demanding and results driven environment
- B Tech, MCA or Masters in related fields preferably from a good institute
- Specialised course in Data analytics, Power BI, Tableau etc. preferred
- Experience in leveraging advanced analytics, UX design principles, Design Thinking, and best practices to maximize adoption, usability, and understandability of visualization
- Preference would be given to candidates with strong experience in using Power BI, Tableau, Arc GIS and QGIS
- Knowledge of public health, digital health, non-profit management.
- Experience in working on data analytics in the public sector (not mandatory)

Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi essential

The Specialist, Digital Health will report to the Director, Digital Health and or any person designated by him
