Job Description

Collective for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives – CInI, registered under the Societies Act, is an associate organization of Tata Trusts. With an organizational mandate to work for livelihood enhancement of tribal communities, CInI currently works in the tribal areas of Orissa, Jharkhand, Gujarat and Maharashtra for comprehensive tribal development in collaboration with partners as well as through direct implementation teas in select locations. Under the Mission 2020 program of the Tata Trusts, CInI has initiated an ambitious multi-sectoral project in Dhadgaon block of Nandurbar district, Maharashtra, for which a direct implementation team has been set up and strengthened.

1. Experience : - 3-5 Years
2. Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
field, or an equivalent
3. Roles and Responsibilities : -
• Responsible for all accounts related work relevant to the project
• Complete all bank related task on time and prepare bank reconciliation.

• Ensure timely account entries in Tally as per CInI procedure
• Ensure proper procurement process in the project as per CInI procurement
policy.
• Ensure adherence to the administration and financial manual for the project
location.
• Maintain proper records of purchase, stock and issue of various stationery and other items.
• Perform any other task as required
