Job Description

1. Manage the solid waste management program in Karauli, Rajasthan efficiently.
2. Ensure reduction, recycling, reuse and minimum waste for dumping in alloted village.

3. Conduct regular meetings at HH level, Community level and school level
4. Attend all meetings at GP level, participate in all awareness campaigns, events, review meetings etc
5. Managing the team of supervisors for decentralized collection and maximum recycling
6. Plan mass awareness campaign, IEC materials, rallies, school engagement plan etc
7. Liaison with the GP staff, contractors, community leaders, partners and other stakeholders.
8. Plan and mobilize ward committees HHs for levy collection
9. Preparing reports, track progress and document progress

Skills Required:

1. Working Experience with rural communities is must. SWM experience is preferable.
2. Experience in handling advocacy assignments, multi stakeholder approach
3. Ability to develop good relationships with stakeholders.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Min-2 and Max-4 years of relevant experience.
6. Working Knowledge of MS Office, internet,etc.
7. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
8. Can work in defined deadlines.
9. Team Player
10. Open to work in any circumstances.
11. Decent documentation Skills.
12. Experience in Laisoning with Government officers will be given preference.

Remuneration:- INR40000-INR45000 Per Month.
