Program Specific Role:

  1. To overall management, support supervision and monitoring of the assigned projects in the area of skill development centers for paramedics (esp. phlebotomists) at various locations in the country.
  2. To support to the team to develop specific work plan for all the assigned Skill Development Centers as per project goal, milestones and timeline and ensure implementation of the same to achieve the target.
  3. To support to all the center managers and team to identify centers, set up with necessary tools / equipment, ensure technical aspects as per SSC / HSSC guidelines, ensure quality of the training and all the required affiliations / compliance.
  4. Overall monitoring of all the assigned training centers through specified indicators i.e. enrolment, attendance, drop outs, training sessions, assessments, OJT, placement and follow up.
  5. Conduct periodic review meetings with center managers and with team to review the progress, take corrective actions, follow up and ensure adherence.
  6. Frequently / as per schedule visit project sites, field visits, meeting with project staff, stakeholders including government officials, beneficiaries, provide on job support and guidance to the project team and take mid-course corrective action as per requirement; prepare comprehensive report on the visits and share well within time.
  7. Overall partnership management, regular interaction with NGOs partners and maintain bilateral communication to closely track project activities / updates and collect all the required reports / updates etc.
  8. Networking, liaisoning, coordination with Government Officials and stakeholders etc. make sure to engage government officials wherever required, regular meetings / interaction, sharing of project reports, status updates etc.
  9. Regular update to the line supervisor on the progress of projects or any other such information. Ensure prompt communication to the line supervisor on any mishap / mishappening and suggest corrective action.

Other Activities:

  1. Identification, assessment and selection of the new NGOs partners, complete due diligence, collection of the concept notes and proposals and all required coordination / facilitation.
  2. Finalize proposals, signing MoUs and release of the fund to all the NGOs partners well within time.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate for monthly / quarterly / six monthly / annual (as per requirement) review meetings with partners.
  4. Work closely with partners to ensure proper utilization of the fund, time-to-time financial review and monitoring, prepare comprehensive report and share well within time.
  5. Ensure to collect fund Utilization Certificates from the partners with required supporting documents, review the same, collate and compile the reports and recommend to the line supervisor to release the due instalments as per timeline.
  6. Manage and maintain LPL Foundations MIS cum ERP, at project as well as central level and keep uploading all the data and records, financial information, approvals and other compliance related information, program and projects information / reports and ensure that MIS is up to date.
  7. Ensure proper reporting, documentation, collect required reports / documents / success stories / photographs / etc. from the partners / projects as per timeline and with quality; collate, compile and prepare brief notes to circulate to the management.
  8. Increase visibility of the organization in all aspects by preparing correspondence, documents, brochures, newsletters, program and data charts / graphs, materials for website / social media etc.
  9. Facilitate, coordinate and organize volunteering activities for the employees, as per schedule, prepare reports on the same and disseminate to all the stakeholders.
  10. Facilitate, coordinate and ensure participation in the various events, organized by various organizations, for employee engagement / volunteering, branding, visibility and to represent at all relevant platforms.
  11. Focus on branding / visibility of the CSR activities, through various mode, in-house and outside of the company and all other stakeholders.
  12. Perform any other duties assigned by the line supervisor / management


Skills Required

  1. Should be fully familiar with Government, INGOs, NGOs and CSR concepts, rules and regulations.
  2. Excellent understanding of national and international social development / socio economic issues especially on skill development in India.
  3. Demonstrated competence to assess priorities, manage a variety of activities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with attention to details and quality.
  4. Demonstrated self-management i.e. motivation, dealing with pressure, adoptability and ability to project a professional, consistence image of confidence, integrity and competence.
  5. Strong communication, coordination skills and knowledge of IT based platforms on knowledge sharing.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and system.
  7. Ability and willingness to frequent travel in any part of the country, as per requirement. This position requires minimum 65 - 75% time in the field.
  8. Should be a multitasking esp., programme management, partnership management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, documentation, communication, event management etc.
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
  10. Willingness and open to learn new ideas and skills.


Qualification and Experience:

  1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Social Science, Development Studies, Rural Management or related fields from a reputed institute.
  2. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in managing of Skill Development Projects in Healthcare Sector with a reputed Corporate under CSR initiative is a MUST.
  3. Minimum 3 - 5 years’ exposure and experience with reputed Corporates to manage CSR projects / INGO, NGO in the area of project management, fund management, partnership management, MIS management, reporting and documentation.
  4. Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Spreadsheet and Presentation programmes would be an added advantage.
