Position: Communications Coordinator

Content Development
• Develop and manage content for organizational websites
• Develop collaterals including Concept Notes, Presentations & other tools required for external communication
• Develop infographics, video and photo stories to showcase organization’s projects and achievements
• Engage with external agencies/vendors as per brief to enhance content delivery to foster better visibility and organizational branding
• Develop content for organization-led editorial campaigns on TV/print/digital media
Planning and Implementation
• Implement organisation’s internal and external communication strategies to support the Annual Action Plan
• Support development of program communication strategy materials and ensure effective delivery across the sector
• Work on content development, lead generation, audience engagement, creative development, key messages, brand promotion, and internal and external reports to stakeholders
• Provide monthly and quarterly communication reports to the Director
• Manage a content library to ensure all KSCF content including photos, videos, presentation, reports are accessible online
• Post graduate or equivalent degree in Mass Communication or Journalism
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Communications domain or other relevant roles:
• Technological fluency and abreast of all social and digital media amplification tools including SEO, key words
• Sound knowledge of content delivery across different media platforms – print, TV, digital
• Fluency in English and Hindi, spoken and written. Fluency in an additional regional Indian language is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of Communications including branding, data analysis, content mapping and reporting tools and MIS software
• An eye for detail and precision
• Storytelling and writing capabilities to develop simple and clear communications messages/stories
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative and simple solutions for challenging problems
• Ability to think out of the box
• Values-alignment with KSCF and a passion to solve problems of child protection
• Strong computer and digital literacy including advanced use of MS Office
