About you – you have:

Ÿ Knowledge of curriculum development processes and best practice including eLearning, inclusive teaching practice and design, and flexible curriculum.

Ÿ Relevant degree and/or extensive relevant experience in the areas of teacher training and development, curriculum design and improvement.

Ÿ Strong understanding of the principles of curriculum design and pedagogical methods preferably within a creative arts education environment.

Ÿ Familiarity with issues of diversity and cultural competency as it relates to curriculum design; with experience integrating intercultural approaches to learning.

Ÿ Demonstrated ability to work with initiative, both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ÿ Demonstrated commitment to, and experience in, innovative approaches to practice and curriculum design and Demonstrated experience in working with the education sector

Work days: Monday to Saturday (flexible working hours).

Remuneration: We will remunerate based on your performance.

Since the team size is going to be small, the responsibilities can increase as well. However, it will be a great learning experience for everyone in the team
