Essential:

• At least one years of professional experience in a role involving stakeholder and project management, preferably with the government
• Passionate towards engaging with governments for larger systemic impact
• Strong problem solving, secondary research and data analysis skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and strong interest in the impact sector
• A broad understanding of the government’s structures and bodies
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop innovative solutions to grow Sattva’s presence and business in the government ecosystem

Desirable:

• Experience of engaging with government stakeholders through past projects
• Experience in setting up and managing events on virtual platforms
• Experience of writing RFPs and sales proposals
