Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Solutions Lead to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in creating, curating and implementing high-quality end-to-end solutions as part of the programs that are run by our organisations, in collaboration with our
partner organizations.

As a Solutions Lead, you would -
● Collaborate with the partner organizations to co-create and curate content and solutions
as per the design of the program
● Co-design success metrics of solutions to measure the impact
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of the solutions
● Work to design and implement prototypes as part of the programs
● Create knowledge and process documents to enable smooth delivery of solutions

Requirements and Qualifications
● Graduation Degree
● Min 2 years of work experience in education sector
● Fieldwork/ Fellowship experience in education sector is preferential
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● English speaking and writing proficiency
● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
● Reflective and articulative in work
● Can handle operational rigour
● Ability to work with cross-functional teams and possess stakeholder management skills
● Comfort and facility with technology
